Plotter3D is highly specialized for drawing threedimensional datas.
Features:
- a lot of drawmodes, eq. XYZ-colorflow, gouraud-shading, even phongshading,
all working in 24Bit
- draws previews directly into previewwindow with grayscale or 32+ colors. On
a CyberGfx-Screen in *full* 16/24Bit.
- Nearly all windows are 'interactive'. Means you can change settings and
they are used immeditely. No need to close the window and because of that
you still have full undo-capabilities.
- you can rotate, move, scale objects directly with the mouse
- nice graphical user interface (MUI)
- dynamic window creating == you can open as many windows as you want
- heavily uses Drag&Drop
- unlimited number of objects
- unlimited number of lightsources per object
- you can define own materials
- possibility to import/export objects. Currently supported are TDDD-objects
(Imagine) [IE], Lightwave-objects [E], CSV-files [IE], Pictures [I] and
Fonts [I].
- has an special *RealTime mode*. You can rotate, scale and move an object in
realtime. Supported realtime modes are gouraudshading, texturemapping and
faked phong shading.
- possibility to save the frames of realtime mode. Building animations with
eq. MainView is very easy.
- localized: English is built-in, german, french and spanish catalogs
included. English and german docs included.
- online help
- ... (try it)
Whats new since v3.01:
- Doublebuffering for CyberGfx-screens
- more stable & precise realtime mode
- errorhandler works again (no longer 'Unknown Error'-requests)
- added lightwave exporter
- a lot of bug fixes
- MUI-Pubscreen should no longer crash
- ... see docs/history
Has been successfully test on A1230, A1260, A4000, A4000/060.
It will probably crash on plain A500/A600(+)!
